Key Responsibilities:

• Müşteri memnuniyetini sağlamak amacıyla nitelikli ve profesyonel tarımsal çözümler sunmak,

• Çiftçi ağını genişleterek şirketin tarımsal pazarlama hedeflerine katkıda bulunmak,

• Sorumlu olunan bölgede düzenli çiftçi ziyaretleri gerçekleştirmek ve yeni fırsatlar oluşturmak,

• Mısır, pamuk diğer açık tarla bitkileri gibi ürünlerde tarımsal destek ve teknik çözümler sunmak,

• Son kullanıcıların doğru yetiştiricilik uygulamaları konusunda bilgilendirilmesi ve eğitilmesi amacıyla tarım seminerleri, çiftçi etkinlikleri ve tarla denemeleri organize etmek ve yönetmek,

Requirements:

• Üniversitelerin tercihen Ziraat Fakültesi; Tarla Bitkileri, Bitki Koruma bölümlerinden mezun,

• İyi derecede İngilizce bilen,

• MS Office uygulamalarına iyi derecede hâkim,

• Tarımsal etkinlikleri organize etme ve güçlü sunum becerilerine sahip,

• Güçlü iletişim ve kişilerarası ilişki becerilerine sahip, takım çalışmasına yatkın,

• Tarım teknolojileri, yenilikler ve yeni girişimler konusunda öğrenmeye ve kendini geliştirmeye istekli,

• B sınıfı sürücü belgesine sahip ve seyahat etmeye / kırsal bölgelerde çalışmaya istekli,
